All of our experiences with Dr. Smiley have been fantastic. He is very patient and really takes time to explain things to parents. Our kids love him.

Dr. Wigton is a fantastic and thorough doctor who is wonderful with children. I will always recommend her and Montgomery Pediatrics to anyone. That being said, I think tying Google reviews to physician compensation is an absolute abomination and demeaning to the medical field and this practice should be stopped.
Had a really wonderful experience at Montgomery Pediatrics. The space was clean and the staff was friendly and great with kids. Dr. Wigton did an extremely comprehensive check-up, asked detailed questions to ensure all aspects of his care were covered, and thoroughly addressed all questions and concerns I had. I’m grateful for the evidence based care they provide and feel lucky to have found this clinic for my kids!!
