Sound Physicians may provide good medical services but their billing practices need rapid improvement. We've been dealing with 6 mths of incorrect billing, have paid what was owed, verified with our insurance that we owe nothing, have a screenshot of zero owing and STILL get a monthly bill stating my husband's claim was denied and we owe money, with a threat of collections.
