Made an appointment and showed up just to be informed that the doctor had left for an emergency surgery and should take 40 minutes max. So I decided to stay and wait just to be told that she was just starting surgery and should take another 40 minutes, after already waiting 30 minutes. I would’ve appreciated if I was offered to re-schedule initially before having to waste 30 minutes of waiting just to be told I had to wait some more. I went to Austin Diagnostic Clinic to see Dr Alison Kartush. She was personable, listened to all I had to say, communicated information very well and asked all the right questions. I would definitely recommend her for Audiology.
