I think Dr Chang has an excellent "bedside manner" (though I've only seen her in her office). She is knowledgeable and very personable and reassuring. I would trust her to provide excellent care.
Dr. Chang is easy to interact with, knowleadgeable and communicates complex medical issues with easy to understand language, shows patience and willingness to go an extra mile to help her patient. I consider her as one of the best examplea of how the doctor should interact with patient. Sher earned my highest regard.
