I’ve been seeing Doctor Alison Kole for over 6 years now. She is wonderful! She is everything you’d hope to find in a doctor- she is thorough, kind, and always helps me with my health needs. I’m so lucky a friend referred her to me.
I called to try & make a new patient appointment. I am currently insured under BCBS PPO, but it is changing to HMO next month, both of which this office covers. However the receptionist refused to allow me to make an appointment because "my insurance was going to change". Despite the office covering both plans, & me saying I would be happy to call them to update my information when it did change, I was still denied making an appointment because the receptionist didn't want to have to update my insurance in their system. Dr. Kole is a great Dr. Is always thorough and asks questions. For that reason she is now my child’s primary Dr.
Dr. Kole is a breath of fresh air. She is extremely patient and helped me with all my needs. Her staff is very nice. Will be going back and recommending friends/family here.
