I visited AOSM on a recommendation from my primary care doctor, specifically to see Alison DeWaters. My visit was fine, despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested and still having to wait a full hour past my appointment time to be seen...it happens, I can deal with that. Dr DeWaters is kind, patient and is a great listener. She explains any difficult situation one is having with clarity, professionalism and understanding. I have noticed that the front staff appears to have changed.. they greeted me yesterday with a smile and tolerant attitude.
