I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dempsey. She listened to my concerns and I felt heard and seen.
I enjoyed my visits with Dr. Dempsey. She was able to address my concerns quickly and effectively and I felt our approach to my care was collaborative rather than paternalistic. In addition, she is exceptionally quick at responding to MyChart messages — she once responded within five minutes which I almost couldn’t believe. She is very on top of her work and her patient load. I would recommend her care to others.
I had a really positive experience with Dr. Dempsey. She is attentive and efficient and provides thoughtful recommendations without making the visit feel rushed. I also appreciate how there is good continuity and attention to how the treatment is progressing, which makes me feel cared for and confident in the plan moving forward.
