I was at HOA today for a CT scan for my mother in law Cynthia. While we waited our favorite PA Matt came out to let a young family member know that his grandma was going to be an hour or so before she was seen. Not only was he caring and compassionate he was able to help find the young man something to do while he waited. On his way by he waved to us to let us know he hadn't forgotten us. First rate give a hundred stars everyone knows your name the nurse's treat you as family patients our nice friendly I really enjoy my treatments if you can believe that..just need our refried back for cold juice....lol
