Dr. Croughan is such a breath of fresh air in this understaffed, over worked, Private Equity engorged medical hell scape. She runs her office efficiently, effectively and evaluates patients needs with genuine care. I have been a patient of hers on and off since 2018 and always appreciated her method of explaining what her plan of action is and describing several different options to accomplish her plan. I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Croughan. She is one of the most personable and caring people.. let alone doctors - that I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients and takes all the time needed to uncover the root cause of your concerns. I confidently refer everyone to her, including my entire family, because I know they are in the absolute best hands. That level of trust is rare.. especially in medicine. Orders test and sits from distance barely examining foot. Never touched or examined nailbed. Turns out my visits for constant pain and swelling went untreated for months. Didn’t return call or follow up after my cat scan. I don’t understand where the 5 stars came from. I truly believe it’s the partners bedside manner and skills they mention. Like a fool I went by that. Doctors should care more and do a better history based physical exam.
Dr.Croughan was such a delight. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner I could understand . She took her time to take care of my concern and made sure I had an appropriate follow up as well . I’m glad I found her and will refer family/friends to her.
