Alison is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive. She also made the home-buying process genuinely fun with her great sense of humor and creativity. She was especially helpful in showing me the potential of each home and helping me envision what it would be like to live in the space. I would highly recommend her!
This realtor knows what's she's doing. Super knowledgeable regarding in-town real estate and what it takes to sell a house. Sold my father's house in Grant Park in just one week for top dollar. She knew exactly what to do and what not to do when we were preparing the house prior to putting it on the market. Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Alison Bahm highly enough. Selling my home came with its share of challenges, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. From day one, she was knowledgeable, reassuring, incredibly responsive, and completely committed to helping me every step of the way. Alison went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was always available when I had a question, responded quickly, and made me feel like I was her top priority. Knowing she was handling everything gave me such peace of mind durin... read more
I could not ask for a better realtor than Alison. On top of being extremely knowledgeable about what to look for when I was buying my house, she's also an expert at all things related to renovation and repair as I prepare to sell my house. And if there's something she doesnt know, then she at least know where you can find out and will recommend good contractors. I will continue to go to Alison with all my real estate needs.
Alison has been an amazing realtor: knowledgeable, patient, a good communicator, a good listener, fun to be with, resourceful, generous, always available, responsive and good-hearted. She stuck with us until she miraculously found something that had all the things we were looking for and exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend!
