I had an implant put in by Dr Calvin Yang which took a year to complete, Dr Yang’s fee was $4200.00. Recently the enamel cap being held in by a screw to the implant failed which then fell out. An implant should last a lifetime and have a 1% failure rate. Not only did the enamel tooth fall out the actual implant was put in crooked which you can see in the attached photo. If my present dental specialist would have been unable to remove the screw from the implant I would have had to have surgery to remove it and start over. I ... read more
