My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Aliso Briar Forest after looking around the Houston area for a safe and clean apartment complex. After reading dozens of positive reviews, we decided to tour. My stay at Aliso Briar Forest has been great so far. I've been here for almost a year now and I can honestly say I have no major complaints. The best choice on Briar Forest for the price and peace.
These apartments are top notch. Beautiful. Nice big pond and pool area and fitness center. Neighbors give no problems for me. When I first moved here in December, there was a serious problem of ongoing tires getting stolen off of cars in the parking lot over night (you might see others complain about this). I must have seen 3-5 cars get their tires stolen during my first 1 month here. I have NOT seen this anymore for like 6 months now. I reckon the cops caught the criminals. Lived here for a year. Would have stayed longer if not for work pulling me somewhere else. Great floor plan, high quality kitchen setup, and a convenient standing shower and a tub. Big dog park that me and my dog used every day. My particular unit could have used a little more storage or closet space, but the garages and storage units are affordable. I would recommend living here being in this area!
