These apts are the worst mistake of my life. They are unsafe and unsanitary. The Manager is an extremely rude woman and NEVER helps with anything. I needed a name added in my lease and she was unnecessarily rude to me and raised her voice at me. They will never help you with anything. DONOT move in these apts. They never respond to any calls or any emergency situations. The only good person in their leasing office is Luke who is always willing to help. PATHETIC! Kids always destroying the property, never have supervision, leave their bikes everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have kids
Aliso Apartments is a great value for what you get. The community is quiet and well maintained, and I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The front office team is always kind and helpful, and maintenance does a great job responding to issues as quickly as possible. Just make sure your car is properly registered and consider wheel locks, like you would anywhere. Overall, these apartments are very underrated!
