My apartment is cozy, and conveniently located on the river trail. I noticed a bad review for crime, but I'd say I was aware of Kent's challenges when I moved to the area so I was actually pleasantly surprised. I've been here about 6 months and my neighbor and friend has been here 2+ years and never had our cars bothered. Tru is a gem to work with and Geoffrey is great too. I have great neighbors on both sides of me, and a cute little patio area on the back side. Dog friendly! My Bassett hound Buttercup loves it too.
Until management gates this community, it's just not safe. My car's catalytic convertor was stolen from the parking lot, I hear gunshots every night, and there is no security to protect the tenants. There are strangers roaming the lot all night. Not worth $1700/month in my opinion.
