Great bed side manner! Very friendly and professional!
Facility waiting areas too cold. Waiting period too long, over 30 minutes in the. Cold was unbearable.
I have had. Nothing but TROUBLE with the entire organization from the very start. I did not receive the paper work prior my procedure as told that I would. Then had wrong information on 5 of 8 sheets when I did finally receive them. I signed them as I was being rolled into the operation room. That is when I found out that Dr. Kumar had lied to me telling me she did not say that I was to get the second upgrade of lens in my right eye at no cost to me because it was a medical necessity.
