Lovely condo/apartments; not well managed any more, sadly. Have had very well known and reputable tenants have ethically-questionable experiences there. Recently, a lawsuit was brought against them for major negligent and safety/health violations and the tenant won. Alisal Oaks appealed it and lost again. Lovely location, nice places - but in declining state and not well managed.
