Dr. Williams has given her all as a physician. I have appreciated everything she has done for me over the years.
This was my first and last appointment. Dr. Williams' bed side manner is much to be desired. She was condescending and dismissive. The Medical Assistant told me to undress from the bottom down she never examined me and when I explained my symptoms she talked over me and said I needed to go to my other doctors to be put on birth control or an IUD. Dr Williams delivered both of my boys. Has continued to be the best gynecologist I have ever had. She solves issues other doctors could not. She is straight and to the point. I love that personality trait about her.
It’s unfortunate the Doctor’s staff gives this office a bad name. I came along with my elderly mother to an appointment and I unfortunately did not have childcare for my children, ages 2 and 4. The waiting area was empty, just my mother, my children and I. They’re kids, they’re going to want to touch things. When the male PA came out to call my mom for her appointment he noticed that my son had thrown a couple of magazines on the floor. I've been seeing Dr. Alissa Williams for about 30 years now. The office staff, communication, systems, and care is like no other. They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and on top of things. Dr. Williams's approach to care is also like no other. She is not only an expert doctor, but she also allows space to discuss options and any questions or concerns you have about your health or body.
