I have been receiving Graston therapy for scar tissue related to multiple fractures. This is significantly decreased my pain and inflammation while improving my range of motion and flexibility. This breaks down the scar tissue and promote circulation, which helps the healing process. She is very professional and knowledgeable!
I've been going to Alisa for a few months now and she's done SO MUCH to release my upper back/shoulder tension. She's conscientious about making sure I know what she's about to do before she tries something new, and always makes sure I walk out of my session feeling good. Also, her music selections are fantastic!
My previous massage therapist moved out of state and after my first session with Alisa I realized I had found my new therapist. She has her own unique way of getting down to the deep problem areas and really has helped me with my chronic lower back issues. I definitely would recommend her!
