I've been going to Alisa for a few months now and she's done SO MUCH to release my upper back/shoulder tension. She's conscientious about making sure I know what she's about to do before she tries something new, and always makes sure I walk out of my session feeling good. Also, her music selections are fantastic!
My previous massage therapist moved out of state and after my first session with Alisa I realized I had found my new therapist. She has her own unique way of getting down to the deep problem areas and really has helped me with my chronic lower back issues. I definitely would recommend her!

I have been seeing Alisa for over a year now after being recommended by a friend. She has completely fixed an upper back problem that I've been having for years. In addition, she has been wonderful in helping me work through some arm/shoulder issues and some running-related lower back soreness. Alisa is really great, super professional and does excellent work. Highly recommended!
I cannot express enough how much Alisa has helped my lower back and hip pain. Before my first visit, I could not walk for more than a few feet or stand for more than 5 min without by back seizing. Immediately after my first appointment, there was a significant improvement. I am not exaggerating when I say that Alisa is helping me get my life back!
