Lacks respect for clients time and does not communicate.i believe he is honest but perhaps his success has come at a cost of poor customer service I met with Allen who was extremely apologetic about my concerns and explained that customer service has and will always be a priority for him and his team He was able to provide me with a treatment plan to get my car fixed and has always I never felt like money was a factor in his recommendation I will continue to rely on him for my car issues and recommend him to others 👍
Ali’s probably the best around, comes right to you’re driveway, and works right away, we set a plan and he followed thru flawlessly, came and took at look at my issue at hand and next day had it fixed my break line was better then factory lol ram thought it was brilliant to make it one unit He is super friendly knows what he’s doing and fair priced, thank you again man I really appreciate it!!! Sorry for the late review!!! Cheers
