Turo si worst app, they didnt let me rent a car without a reason… i just wasnt approved idk why and customer service didnt tell me bcs of their “policy”

Initially I was a bit unsure about renting through Turo, but now I am glad I did. Our car was delivered to us at the airport, and was beautiful. It was very obvious it was well maintained, and ready to go. Our host, Ali was very quick to answer any questions I had and explain how it all works. Taking it back to the airport we found a parking place, took pictures of where the car was parked, and sent a verbal description as well. No shuttles, no hassles. I would highly recommend Turo, but most especially, Ali in Philadelphia.... read more

I definitely rent from turo again this was my first time ever renting a car in my life an it was the best decision I ever made an especially save me alot of Money an my host Ali an Michael was Best very quickly responding an great communication skills the vehicle was clean an the ride was smooth I didn have any problem
