Dr Alireza Falahati is kind, compassionate and knows his stuff. He listens and is open to even learning from my own trials and successes that he can share with others. After 15 years of being undiagnosed with a sever case of Hoshimotos and the effects it took on my body, having someone to come up with a plan and is committed as I am to get me the best I can be is a breath of fresh air. His staff is also wonderful as well taking calls when I had a reaction to a shift in medication. What a great Physician and team.
My experience with Dr. Falahati was great. I have a rare disease that I've had since birth and in 55 years old. I've been do some endocrinologist who knew less than I do. He was extremely knowledgeable but didn't come off as a know-it-all and listened to what I had to say about what I was going through and how I was feeling. He changed my medication back to what worked for me before and explained why the new medication I was put on but my previous doctor did not work. They charged me a second co-pay even though I already called and got my completed blood work. They didn’t cancel my appointment so I had to either pay another $50 copay or $45 cancellation fee. Seems like a money grab with no intention to actually help the people they see.
