I’ve gotten two permanent bracelets here and they both broke off less than a year of having them. Mind you, I paid extra for a “better quality” chain. After getting permanent bracelets at a different business, I quickly realized that this place up charges for poor quality chains. The chains here will cost you a minimum $100. Scam, address is not correct. Suite was empty and deposit not refunded. They did not call or answer when i called. Will be disputing with my bank.

UPDATE: The owner of the shop helped me and my mom and allowed us to come in a few weeks after our original appt to get the chain adjusted. She was so kind and the new chain is SO much better (and not restrictive or pressing into my skin). Thank YOU ALINX for having GREAT customer service for a small business.
