We have personally worked with 3 ALINK insurance brokers now and have had the best service and experience over any independent company agent we've worked with in the past. Our policies are actually automatically reviewed annually by our broker (without us asking!) for possible changes that could lower our rates, and our rates have lowered more than once without sacrificing coverage. Nikki was wonderful to work with! Update: While under Alink’s care, my 2026 Toyota Camry was rear ended and the other driver’s insurance admitted liability but only for rear damage and not for front damage which was also due to the impact. I called for assistance from Melissa Wells and Bill Syndall both helped me gain supporting documents to have the other insurance review and conduct another appraisal of the damages to the vehicle.
