Andrew and Aline at Performance Physical Therapy came highly recommended, and their reputation is well deserved. Andrew is exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to understand me and my specific needs before creating a personalized plan. His guidance was effective, and the exercises were thoughtfully tailored to target exactly what I needed to focus on. He was professional, approachable, and genuinely person-centered. More clinicians should be like this.

My husband and I are in our 70s and we are always looking for ways to improve our health. We went to Heather at Alinea to train us on our Pilates Reformer. Heather personalized our training and we have learned so much from her. She is energetic, yet patient and understanding. I highly recommend her, as well as Alinea. We drive 35 minutes to go to this place even though there are places closer to us.

Andrew was a great person to work with. He made sure all my appointments worked around my schedule with my kids. He helped me get my appointments I needed to help me heal. He listened to my needs of what I needed done. Alinea is a very nice place always clean, it’s well maintained. I highly recommend anyone to go here. They well help you manage your treatment so you can recover quickly from your injuries. I appreciate everything they have done for me.. Thank You

I was referred to Andrew by Dr. Travis McClain at Christ Hospital to help with arthritis in my back. It was a fantastic experience working with Andrew. I am now pain-free thanks to his expertise. Andrew not only listened attentively to my concerns but also took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely cared about my well-being. He taught me what I need to do regularly to keep the pain at bay, which has been incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Andrew and Alinea to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Had a very good experience working with Dr. Gilligan. He helped me to navigate symptoms pertaining to my pelvic floor that I would have never figured out on my own. He also educated me so that I can feel confident managing symptoms on my own moving forward. He was also very respectful of my feedback as well as my training plan coming into working with him. Super knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
