My experience with Dr. Dewitt at Alinea could not have been better. Her knowledge, skill, instruction, and patience reduced my piriformis and hamstring pain, strengthen those same muscles, and achieve my secondary goal of getting back on my bicycle and out on group rides. I experienced more improvement with Alinea in 6 weeks than I did over 3 months in a more traditional physical therapy setting. Best results I have had for physical therapy. The knowledge of Dr. Andrew combined with his ability to listen and articulate how I can improve my strength and overcome my injury feels like he is truly invested in helping me. I will become stronger and more prepared physically if I elect to have rotator cuff surgery. If I continue to make progress with my strength I made forgo surgery all together. Win win!
Dr. Gillihan at Alinea Performance is great, he Took the time to figure out what was wrong and came up with a plan to fix it. I appreciated his honesty and how he explained to me how important my part was in healing my shoulder. He gave me very easy to understand instructions what to do at home and at the gym and what not to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs physical therapy services.
Alinea fitness is amazing. When I scheduled here I first spoke with Andrew. his punctuality spoke for itself- He was very kind and informative on how the appointment would go and walked me through everything. He was great. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Dewitt- I was seeing her for a back injury/sharp neck pain . Dr. Andrew is an amazing physical therapist! He has helped me with my elbow and back problems. My back feels like it did twenty years ago! And on another note, I enjoyed his quick wit and humor. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrew to anyone who needs PT.
