Aline knows what she's doing with Airbnb rentals. She coached me through understanding how to get information about my HOAs, about the city requirements, and how to set things up. She has a ton of knowledge and the skills to research and answer any questions. If you're considering doing short-term rentals with your property, call her and get scheduled for advice. You won't regret it. She understands the Denver Metro market really well too.
Aline Pitney is an outstanding, professional, and hard-working realtor. She was information and communicative and helped us through the entire home-buying and selling process.
