The shampoo girl relaxed my natural hair I spent six years trying to grow. I am writing this review in tears because Alina’s ruin my natural hair! Avoid this place if you have 4C hair. I’m literally writing this review in tears because I have the start my journey over. Inform your customers that you mixed your products with relaxer. I never give you consent to relax my hair!
Please do not go to this hair salon. I am three years natural and thought I would get it straightened just to see my length. They are rough and yanked the comb through my 4b/4c hair. 2 weeks post getting it blown out I am horrified to see that my curl pattern that had bounced back consistently is basically gone. I suspect they used checmicals in my hair. I'm near tears seeing all of the damage that going to this salon has done. Please save your money, time, and your curls/kinks. They will ruin them. I wish I could sue.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! I decided to go natural in August of 2015... I had a short haircut... In May of 2016, I went to my sisters stylist and let her color my hair.. Worst mistake of my life... My hair broke off terribly... I haven’t been anywhere else since... I love the ladies.. The New Owner is a sweetheart and takes pride in the shop and her craft. On top of that... I live in Va... my hair is long and health, I always get compliments on how healthy my hair looks...

The only place i get my blowouts from. My hair grows so healthy with them. Their very professional and courteous. Shop is always clean and comfortable. I’m afraid of heat (lol) but they manage with my jumping and twitching and honestly it’s not that bad.
Great new management, humble service. Good salon.
