this is the most unreliable cleaning service i have ever used. when they do consent to actually show up, they do a good job. but they have canceled on me at the last minute three times since then. all at the very last minute. and each time, we had booked the cleaning service bc of an event we were hosting at home. and them canceling at the last minute made it impossible for us to find someone else. do yourselves a favor and find another service: this is the most untrustworthy, unreliable cleaning service around. i wanted to ... read more

I have been using Alina for close to twenty years. I have recommended her to many people, including my mother and neighbors. She is kind, flexible and professional. I trust her and her employees completely. Years ago someone dropped and broke a hurricane lamp glass shade. She called me immediately and offered to pay for the replacement. That was the only thing broken in all those years. I find her rate reasonable. Her work ethic is fantastic. I love coming home to a clean house!
