Alina Schwartz was all that you can ask for in a realtor. She was patient and listened to my concerns and worked within the timeframe I had given my late wife's illness and eventual passing. Given these constraints we were not able to list the property at the ideal time. Nevertheless Alina worked with these constraints and when the property was relisted it sold rather quickly at a fair market price. I appreciate all of her assistance and recommendations in staging of my home and all of her dedication and support in having appointments for the showings of my home.
