The caring and efficiency provided through this agency made my mom very comfortable and happier than she had been. The agency was very concerned and up to date with the precautions required during this pandemic and their priority was the services for my mom. My 89 yr old mother fell and need 24 hour care after leaving a rehab abruptly, I called Alinas to ask if they had anyone in short notice for the next day. This was at the height of the covid crisis. I spoke with Krystian who is Alina's son I believe and he was very kind and said he would try to find someone for us. Well he came through. We were happy with the care my Mother has received and all questions were answered kindly and promptly.

We had an unexpected, last minute need for elder care that Alina and her team not only immediately met, but did so with a home healthcare worker (Marianna) who was the kindest, most incredibly caring woman in whose care I would (and did) entrust any member of my family. If I could give this company six stars I would. Fantastic.

I can not say enough positive things about this agency, and we have been through the majority of them for my mother-in-law who is 92 and requires 24/7 support. From the owners to the staff who lovingly and professionally care for the patient, the assistance remains consistently customer centered. Alina's staff has allowed my mother-in-law to remain safe and cared for, while providing both my spouse and I the opportunity to relax and feel rest assured that my mother-in-law is in excellent hands.
