NEVER AGAIN. I do not normally leave a reviews in either direction because everyone can have a great or terrible experience. This place was recommended numerous times over. In search of a new place too have our nails done, 3 of us make an appointment and go together. Mine was pretty basic french tip, the girl did an ok job and was nice enough, although she felt the need too voice her opinion about how long I wanted my nails and I felt that the station I was at was a little dirty. i’ve never written a bad review before but i just had the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my nails done, the lady i had was insanely rude and my nails not look good at all, not only did she cut my fingers in 5 different spots with going so deep with the nail file, there is left over color from my last set very visible under what i had done with my french tip. incredibly disappointed cause they were so highly requested to me, definitely won’t be coming back!
Pedicures and nails are always spot on! They do such a great job, been coming here for years and recommend it to everyone!
No wait time, but no one spoke English well. Even manager's English was broken. I was trying to communicate with the guy doing my pedicure and was unsuccessful.Some steps were missed in package ordered. I could not explain because of language issues. I completely forgot to try translating app. The only time I have never left a tip.
