I started working with Alina about a year ago and I chose her because of her experience in IFS, trauma and eating disorders. Immediately she saw my defense mechanisms and she was able to break them down with an ease and grace I have not encountered in 20 years of therapy. She met me with honesty and sometimes words that were hard to hear and always as a compassionate witness. I have made so much progress in such a short time. I’m so grateful to have found her.
