Beautiful property. Earthy, well designed, sitting on the bluff above South Ponto with Batiquitos Lagoon on the other side. Rooms are VERY spacious and a lot of them open straight to the water Not a 5 star stay though. Nothing went wrong.. people are nice, service is fine. Just no one really going above and beyond, which is what that last star is A few small attention-to-detail misses too. Room phones in both our rooms couldn't even call down to Vaga. Not a huge deal. I truly have no idea what some people are talking about in these reviews. Our stay was absolutely incredible. From beginning to end, the service and hospitality were beyond anything we have experienced. Every detail felt thoughtful, the staff was exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better stay. For us, this was an easy 5 stars and a place we would gladly return to.

Had a great experience here, and David Dillingham really stood out. He was super attentive, friendly, and somehow always seemed to be there when we needed something without hovering over us. The service was genuinely excellent and made the whole experience that much better. David definitely knows how to take care of his guests.
