I am Hyatt Globalist and I can’t recommend because we decided not to stay here. If they treat their globalist like shit, think about how they will treat you. Booked, checked in, to find the room was scotching 108 degree F. Called front desk he said “ I will transfer you to management” Call rang a few times and was hung up. Shocked in this room, we had to travel back down stairs. Stayed in a pool/ocean view room, best room yet! Slept with the door open, listening to the waves crash. Used all the amenities the hotel has to offer but one person stood out, Kiana at Vaga was exceptional! She has helped us in the past, remembered us and again gave us great service! See you soon!
It's a nice ocean resort. Neat and very clean. The sunset is picturesque. One thing they could improve is their slow service
