The Ali'i Security lady @ Pier 2 pickup started swearing at me when I was picking up family from NCL cruise. After waiting to progress into the pier which took a half hour, since I chose the wrong line she made me go around again taking another 20 minutes. There was no one giving direction of where we are to pick up family. This experience has left a bad impression on myself and family.
