I've been trying to find a counselor for about a month. There have been many calls to customer service, online searches and calls. None which have resulted on any help. The online searches through alignment don't work. Either the counselor is no longer at the facility. They only take cash, there's no response to the email provided by Alignment. A 2025 in-hospital stay went from $175 per day to $295! They keep taking benefits away. At first they offered $2000 annually for three areas: vision, dental and hearing. Now it's $1500 annually for SIX areas: vision, dental, hearing, acupuncture, chiropractic, podiatry. Cavity or root canal? It's wiped out. One hearing aide exceeds $2000. Just notified 2025 in-hospital, in-network stays went from $175 per day to $295! Now to read the rest of the increases... At first they offered $2000 annually for three areas: vision, dental and hearing. Now $1000 is doled out in six months increments to cover 1. vision 2. dental 3. hearing 4. acupuncture 5. chiropractic 6. podiatry. Laughable in 2024 given one cavity/filling cost several hundred.
