I have been dealing with Geoff& Alignment First for over 10 years off and on as needed. Knowing that if any issues arise all I need to do is work with Geoff and with his expertise and me following his exercises, I will see improvement and resolution. How comforting to know you have a practitioner who cares and aims to have positive results for all his clients. I highly recommend Alignment First & Geoff Dakin.
High level care here. I started care about 6 weeks ago and am really impressed by the results. I've seeked out countless professionals for help, read many books to help myself, attended many seminars to help myself and others, and even went to school to learn the tools that helped me so I could then help others. After being told to take muscle relaxants and that my pain was a ‘mystery’ by a doctor, I finally feel hopeful that the chronic pain I’ve been experiencing for the last 5-6 months can be treated. Geoff and Claudia listened to me and explained their plan for helping me get my life back. I’m looking forward to feeling better!
I was recommended by my grandma as she goes every couple of weeks for her appointments. This was my first appointment and they were very thorough, kind, answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to seeing how their protocol works and fingers crossed I can get similar results as the rest of their clients. For sure worth the trip down from Edmonton!
