Don’t come here, save your time, money, and peace of mind. They are total scammers!! I had a very hard time with the workers. They threatened to call the cops if I didn’t pay for services I did not ask for so I was forced to pay 80$ for them to tell me what I already knew. They quoted me almost 5,000 for parts I had just replaced on my car. I took my car to the shop at 7:30-8 am in the morning and came back around 12 when they told to pick up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Shadiest shop in anchorage!!!! They will try to charge you for parts that were just replaced!!!!!! 4700!!!! When all you asked for was an alignment!!!!!!
Great shop. Owner is a hard working guy who knows his stuff and will get his hands dirty right alongside his employees.
Their markup on parts is outrageous. They buy parts from the local auto parts stores, AutoZone, NAPA, and so forth, and charge you dealer list prices. For example, your price for a walk-in customer at AutoZone may be $149, but this place will charge you what the dealer lists the price at, which is just bad business. Second, they will quote you for an alignment, then when you go in to pick it up and pay, they tack on an extra $75 for a steering angle sensor recalibration. That they conveniently forgot to mention.
Took in a 25 passenger shuttle for alignment job and got more than I thought I would get! I am saying that as a positive thing as they found and did what we needed to keep us straight and using our new tires up correctly. This is what I needed! So, as the receipt says “If you’re not happy we’re not happy.” I am happy guys! The team seems to all work hard and together to make the shop work. Thumbs up! Looking forward to many smooth trips down the road!
