Nice open lite up parking lot
People, if you’re ever in the mood to get overcharged (outrageously) and lied to, come on right ahead to this establishment. The rotund con-man at the front quoted me $640 for an alignment in conjunction with buying rear bolts. He called me as I was looking at planes while biking on the beautiful Tony Knowles Trail to tell me my car had a “burning smell”. Don’t come here, save your time, money, and peace of mind. They are total scammers!! I had a very hard time with the workers. They threatened to call the cops if I didn’t pay for services I did not ask for so I was forced to pay 80$ for them to tell me what I already knew. They quoted me almost 5,000 for parts I had just replaced on my car. I took my car to the shop at 7:30-8 am in the morning and came back around 12 when they told to pick up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Shadiest shop in anchorage!!!! They will try to charge you for parts that were just replaced!!!!!! 4700!!!! When all you asked for was an alignment!!!!!!
Great shop. Owner is a hard working guy who knows his stuff and will get his hands dirty right alongside his employees.
