Went in to get an alignment, asked about when they could do it and the price. The person working the front seemed very uninterested and gave short answers to any question I asked. Was quoted $150 for a front end alignment with no mention of a surcharge for "modified vehicles" until I went to pay when I was picking it up and the bill was $250. Very disappointed with the pricing at this shop. I came in for a wheel alignment after replacing the front control arms on my vehicle. I was charged $350 for the alignment, which I consider extremely expensive compared with what other shops in Anchorage charge for the same type of service. The biggest issue is the pricing. It feels like the prices are being set arbitrarily, with charges added that are far higher than what you would reasonably expect for a straightforward alignment. They did a great job on my OBS Ford, getting a Dana 60 right isn't easy.
I was asked if I needed my air filter replaced and I specifically told Chris "I just want my heater fix and alignment nothing else" came back with an oil change added to my bill SMH. I just had my oil change done 2 weeks ago.
Best place in Alaska for alignments they are also good with figuring out engine issues and electrical work most people can’t figure out
