Recommended5 STARS!! Shane and his guys are awesome and trustworthy, they’re always willing to go out of their way to find out what’s going on with my vehicle when I have an issue. Or when I need an alignment, new brakes, or rotors they are my go to. I would 100% recommend them any day, and I am beyond satisfied with their work.
I couldn’t be happier! From my first phone call to when I picked my vehicle up after the repairs were complete, the process was seamless! The service write, Joel, was knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience, let me know what needed to be done right away, and gave recommendations for what needed to be done soon. A motor trade person I know said, "Shane's the smartest mechanic in town." He could have added "most honest" and "straight-forward" and "fair." Staff may come and go, but good management will always attract good staff. Joel was on the front desk when I was there, may be still, but I'll bet his replacement (if he's moved on) is just as sharp and concerned to get your job done ...right. Oh...and they have equipment there that's way smarter than my smart phone!
I heard about this shop from Trudy at Whatcom Dream. I had a big job done, timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, oil leak, general tune up. I was still hearing a little squealing from the belts so I took it back to have that adjusteded & asked to have my clutch looked at as it was sticking & making awful metal on metal noises. They REALLY took their time to pinpoint the exact problem & saved me from having to replace anything at all. I took my Saturn to get the brakes looked at. The work was done the same day, service was very friendly and the price was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Shane is awesome! I go in there not knowing what is going on...give him the sounds it makes...(he could totally rip me off) but he doesn't! Let's me know what is happening..how much..how long..very honest! I thought my engine was going and it was my air filter!! Been going to see him for 10 years or more now!! 10**
