They waited after everything is paid, treatment is over to tell me that their aligners can’t fix my problem. I had a video session with Jay Smith. He has been a great help.
Working on third round of impressions. Customer service is extremely slow. It takes a month to schedule a zoom call to go over the impression process. The whole experience has been very frustrating, and I may have to ask to for a refund.
