Setup up appt to get a rib popped in place, sent insurance info and the day I showed up, they couldn’t get my insurance info, even though they had it. So I got that figured out, then wasted time coming back the next day, only to be told I need to have an exam before anything could be done and that getting my rib popped in place wouldn’t t happen today. Everyone in this clinic is awesome. The front desk staff is super friendly! I always leave feeling better than before. Dr. Robert is an amazing acupuncturist. Before my first visit I was super anxious and scared, but Dr. Robert made me feel comfortable and addressed any concerns I had. He listens to your concerns and works on whatever is bothering you that day.
