As others have shared: MAJOR BILLING ISSUES. In my case, I had an intake appointment and was excited to start care but I spoke with billing and a patient advocate and no one could tell me what the fees would be. They kept insisting that I call my insurance company... as if my health insurance company would be able to tell me what this company charges for chiro care! Dr. Courtney Sayre, Antoniette, and the receptionist that is regularly there in the evenings are AMAZING. Their energy is always on 10! They are all so sweet and always make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. When I first came in, my back was in excruciating pain and it was getting hard to do pretty much anything! Be extremely careful. Years after I went to this chiropractor a fraudulent charge popped up on my credit card and they didn’t do anything about it. Avoid.
