Laura offers a unique technique, a combination of massage, compression and stretching that really helps and is long lasting. I still feel great two days later. I carry all my stress and tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back. It was extremely helpful and I know would be beneficial to people who spend all day at a desk, or working with their arms over their head a lot.

I had my first massage with Laura and it was amazing! I have a hyper mobility condition and my whole body is always in pain. I was able to finally sleep comfortably after 6 months of constant pain while sleeping. I highly recommend 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Laura was awesome to work with. She explained what she was doing, and helped me work out some major issue areas in my neck and shoulders. I was so relaxed after. That nights sleep was such deep restorative sleep. The relief she was able to give I haven't been able to do on my own. I've visited other therapists in the past and while they've done a fantastic job as well, no one was quite as thorough on the area. Her techniques she used I've never had anyone else do. Definitely will be recommending her to everyone.
