Terrible Terrible services! Nobody answers the phone and case workers are no call no show when you have an appointment. They make appointments and don’t keep them. It is the worst services I’ve ever received anywhere. As far as I can tell, nobody seems to be doing their job or checking in on their clients. Management is nonexistent. Do not waste your time or money unless you want to pay for nothing.
I work with the Align Team regularly with clients and the LIEAP program. They are always very helpful.
