I absolutely love this studio! From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, fun, and like a place where you can truly be yourself. There are several aspects of Align Pilates that I truly appreciate. First, I love the variety in each class. Even though I attend on the same day and time every week, the sessions are always different—whether it’s Core Flow, Tone and Tower, or an unexpected workout using the TRX straps. I am OBSESSED- the studio, the instructors, the equipment, everything is amazing. If you're looking to get into or continue your pilates journey this is definitely the place! I actually look forward to my workouts and have felt great after every session.
