Align Pilates is an exceptional studio experience. I’ve been able to significantly improve my strength and flexibility in the 2 years I’ve have been taking classes. Classes are a wonderful physical and mental release and I’ve developed a community of friends I look forward to seeing. The instructors are dedicated and encouraging and the experience is as challenging as you want to make it.
Do yourself a favor and try Align Pilates. I was intimidated to start Pilates, but Laura has been a wonderful instructor and I have learned so much in a short amount of time. A tremendous investment in your mind, body and soul!
I am so happy that I found Align Pilates 4 years ago! I first started taking classes from Annabel and really enjoyed the small classes and attention she gave us in making sure we had the correct form. As she expanded and opened classes up at Evolution Fitness I started taking from the other teachers as well. I love the small community feel and variety of classes that are offered! - Nancy
