I was visiting from NC, forgot to pack my rubber bands, and this office was so gracious to give me 2 packs while I was there. I offered to pay for them, and they refused. Their kindness says a lot about the people in this office. Thank you, and my Orthodontist was actually surprised you guys did this. I also told her what you guys said, "that I am a good patient".
My daughter was referred to Align by our dentist in Poway. She wasn't quite ready for braces as she still had a lot of baby teeth. Dr. Nguyen never rushed treatment and was patient with my daughter's baby teeth falling out on their own. Great communication and very professional before we even started braces. They did a fantastic job for Invisalign for my oldest son and now we’re getting ready to start on my younger one. They’re always helpful, professional and very friendly. Plenty of appt reminders and flexible with scheduling too.
Henry orthodontics is the most amazing ortho dentist that I enjoy going to. they always get us in and out. We never wait long. I get so many compliments on my smile my son smile and now I have two other children that are going to Henery Orthodontist. The staff is amazing. They provide the highest level of customer service and I would recommend them hands-down 10 to anyone who is looking to get ortho treatment
