Polite, efficient, and fast.
Be very explicit and repeat where your pain is located. There apparently was a mixup and my epidural steroid shot was given in the wrong location. I think they heard "sciatica" and attempted to treat that instead of where 90% of my pain is located. And if you need sedation, insist that they give it to you.
Dr. Devin Reed is very caring and takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. His staff is also amazing! I would highly recommend them!
Dr Pollard changed my life!!! She literally saved me from the worst pain I have ever experienced. I highly recommend her. The entire experience with her and everyone in her office exceeded my expectations. Love Dr Pollard!!! I cannot thank her enough for her intervention with my pain.
Dr. Devin Reed and staff are outstanding. Definitely recommend having first consultation and following through with all office visit and procedures. Thank You
