Had an amazing experience with Kara. She was able to help with severe neck pain that I was having. I will be going back for further treatment with her. I would strongly recommend Using their services.
I had a great experience with Lexi. She was very thorough in assessing my back pain before starting, and she was able to accurately find the areas that were causing discomfort. The pressure she applied was strong and effective, which really helped relieve my back pain. I also appreciated that she checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right. Overall, a very professional and attentive massage therapist— I would definitely recommend her.
I had been looking for an acupuncturist near me and I was lucky enough to have found Kara! She has been amazing. I can't praise her enough. She does more than just acupuncture I swear. I've had I think 3 sessions with her and I have felt so good at the end of each appointment. Thank you Kara! You are awesome!!
2026 update! Ive now been to Kara (acupuncture) Ben (massage) Jeff (osteo) Dr Ogden (naturopath) and now Lexi (massage) and my goodness, my physical (and mental?) Health has never been better! The Align staff are so kind & welcoming. Every treatment Ive had, ive felt so taken care of. Full body wellness achieved!
