My story: Over five years ago, I started working with Christine at Align Fitness. I had several issues with my hips, posture, climbing stairs and getting in and out of my car etc. Progress seemed slow at first but we kept working at it and my mobility and flexibility steadily has increased. Today I feel stronger than ever and better able to manage my daily activities. I love Align Fitness!
Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is well maintained. Barre classes are tough, and therefore money well spent. This is a great workout at an unbeatable price.
