I have a pleasant experience with Dr Chris, Dr Patrick, Nurse Tiffany and their team every time I go for my appointments. They provided outstanding patient care, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. Believe the 5 star reviews. I’ve been going here for about a year and Doctor Chris is amazing. He gets you in quick, listens to your issues and gets you referrals all in the time it would take to get in to SEE another PCP. I would recommend him to anyone!
Wow what an incredible experience. You could feel the Positive Energy and experience the feeling of knowing they take care of you. They have a kind, knowledgeable and friendly nursing staff. Went in for an issue, and the service was outstanding! The practice was nice and clean. The care I received from Align Family Health and Wellness was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided a plan of action. They displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
