TLDR: Incredible, inclusive service from a caring staff with excellent communication, easy scheduling, and follow up by practitioners. Align Family Health is a patient centered practice with kind, caring staff who are supportive and willing to help from the minute you call to schedule, to when you walk in the door, during the appointment, and for any follow up necessary.
