Christophger Kitavi was referred to me by a friend. They managed to schedule me in promptly. Dr. Christopher provided excellent care. He was approachable and dedicated time to comprehend my health concerns. He promptly followed up regarding my blood tests and medications. I highly recommend him.

Align Family Health is a patient centered practice with kind, caring staff who are supportive and willing to help from the minute you call to schedule, to when you walk in the door, during the appointment, and for any follow up necessary. I have a pleasant experience with Dr Chris, Dr Patrick, Nurse Tiffany and their team every time I go for my appointments. They provided outstanding patient care, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly.
