Don't ever go there they are scammers and don't tell you about surprise fees until its too late and you already signed. They totally took advantage of the fact that I have a disability, and don't read fine print. Told me it would be free because I am social security. I trusted them then they like 'oh you owe us $20'
My PCP ordered physical therapy. That's when I found out that align was coding some treatments to be charged as physical therapy, in addition to chiropractic manipulation code. So 7 of my only 20 insurance allowed PT visits were used by Align. I've called a few times to cancel my remaining appointments, and they refuse to cancel them. This all seems a bit unethical.
Dr. Byerly is wonderful! He listens, is very knowledgeable and also very caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
