I went in a couple a weeks ago and I was there less than 15 mins and they charged me 68.00 for a consultation. The therapist was rude to me and condisending. I did not like There work ethics - called today 6-30-22 to get money back and the office manager said she would have to have Dr call me well after talking to her telling her I wanted my money back she hung up on me. Called back and supposebly speaking with the Dr . Told me that I was not going to talk to his staff like that and I said I didn't speak to your staff rudely... read more
I wasn't impressed. You never greeted me or asked me any relevant health questions. I have severe injury history, but I felt so uncomfortable with my first visit; it would make sick to go back to any office that made me feel as uncomfortable as you did on my first day. I'm married into a beautiful family, here to stay, and for the next 30 to 40 years; not a single chiropractic appointment will be at your office.
