I am from down state. My back hurt all week and I walked in to see if they could help. They were busy but fit me in. Christy was very kind and Aaron helped get me ready for my 8 hour drive back to Ann Arbor. Already set up an appointment for next month when I’m here again! Thank you to you both. Amazing practice!!
I went in a couple a weeks ago and I was there less than 15 mins and they charged me 68.00 for a consultation. The therapist was rude to me and condisending. I did not like There work ethics - called today 6-30-22 to get money back and the office manager said she would have to have Dr call me well after talking to her telling her I wanted my money back she hung up on me. Called back and supposebly speaking with the Dr . Told me that I was not going to talk to his staff like that and I said I didn't speak to your staff rudely... read more
